On the winter of the December, all staff of Hangzhou Zhengda Medical Co.,Ltd  hold a regiment building activities in Tonglu, Hangzhou. Accompany with the warm sunshine,  beautiful scenery and fresh air, it makes all people fogot the busy work and relax their body and mind, full of laughter a laugh. This trip is not only for natural scenery, but also motivate teammates, build the flourishing team climate, enhance the team power

In this group process, all members improve relationship and plan the future and cultivate tacit understanding and trust through communication. Only by good communication, enterprises and individuals can achieve the win-win development, unity and cooperation.
The team building activities to create a rare opportunity to staying with each , learning from each,and enhancing the friendship with each other. Finally the activity ended with cheers and laughter and everyone returned safely.
